EVAL-1ED3321MC12N is Evaluation board for EiceDRIVER� F3 Enhanced with short-circuit protection. The half-bridge configuration with short-circuit protection enabled gate driver ICs (1ED3321MC12N). Suitable for power switches, such as IGBTs, SiC and Si MOSFETs. Power switches TRENCHSTOP� IGBT IKW40N120H3 are preassembled. This board is best suited for double-pulse testing.
