CYT2B73CADQ0AZSGS is an Arm® Cortex®-M4F single TRAVEOâ�¢ T2G 32bit MCU targeted at automotive systems such as body control units. It has an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU for primary processing, and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. It contains embedded peripherals supporting controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD), and local interconnect network (LIN). This device is manufactured on an advanced 40nm process. It incorporates a low-power flash memory, multiple high-performance analogue and digital peripherals, and enables the creation of a secure computing platform.
