Description
The BTS5215L is a 2-channel high-side vertical Power Switch with MOSFET, charge pump, ground reference CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS® chip on chip technology. It provides embedded protective functions and logic ground independent from load ground.
