The Wind-Up Double Riser Heavy-Duty Roller from Impact is made to support large lights, booms, and accessories that weigh up to 168.3 lb with rock-solid stability, even at its 11.5' maximum height. The built-in mechanical assist gearboxes on both risers allow a single operator to safely lift and lower heavy loads using the included ratchet handle.

Most notable among the multiple built-in safety features is the auto-lock safety pin mechanism. As each riser is extended, a safety pin engages notches that run the length of each riser in small increments, preventing heavy loads from descending if the riser locks are inadvertently loosened. A 7.5' base diameter, ultra-thick risers, and robust aluminum spider casting ensure stability, even at maximum height. When working on uneven surfaces or in windy conditions, a rotating tie-down collar allows the stand to be fortified with a tie-down kit, available separately.

Large and heavy loads are as easy and safe to lift as they are to lower. And, with the small locking increments, you can precisely position lights, booms, and accessories at an exact height and repeat the process for different shoots and setups. Large 8" locking casters guarantee mobility over a variety of surfaces and for easy moving and storage. A special gearing system keeps the casters level on the ground regardless of leg angle and capable of rolling, even when the stand is closed, making storage a breeze.
