The Pedestal System with Motorized Center Column & GH25 Fluid Head from ikan is designed as an economical solution for small studios, houses of worship, and schools. The kit includes a GH25 fluid head, a motorized pedestal column, a remote control, a dolly, and carry bags.

At the core of the pedestal rig is a motorized elevation system that enables effortless height adjustments with just a button press. Operated through a wired remote controller, users can fine-tune the height in real time, ensuring accurate adjustments during shoots. The ease of use provided by the remote ensures that the operator can focus on capturing the perfect shot.

With a payload capacity of 61.6 lb, the pedestal can securely support a variety of camera systems and accessories, including Ikan's largest and heaviest teleprompter systems.

The system is designed to handle a wide range of traditional cameras and related gear, ensuring flexibility and durability in demanding environments.

The pedestal allows users to shoot at elevated angles with its adjustable working height of 43.7 to 98.4". Its column can be adjusted smoothly with a stroke of 23.6", making it suitable for dynamic movements or static high-angle shots.

The height adjustment controller can be mounted directly onto the pan handle using an included clamp.

Videographers can easily perform vertical parallax camera movements thanks to the smooth motion of the motorized column and the convenient placement of the height controller.

The controller system can store and recall three preset height positions, enabling quick switching between frequently used elevations to save time during shoots that require repetitive positioning.

The 2.4" tripod quick release plate mounts a camera or teleprompter system onto the fluid head and provides an extra 5.7" of sliding range. By allowing horizontal adjustments of the camera position on the tripod plate, this feature enables precise counterbalancing with fine-tuning.

Drag and counterbalance settings on the fluid head enhance stability and facilitate smooth camera movements.

The head provides smooth panning and tilting, with eight steps of drag dampening and providing 15 levels of adjustable counterbalance. It also features secure pan and tilt locks.

The fluid head includes a 100mm mount with a twist lock to secure the teleprompter and camera payload. This standardized bowl size provides a secure mounting point on the tripod legs.

The dual pan handles allow you to maintain firm control of your shots, allowing for smooth control. Each panhandle has an adjustable length of 16.7 to 24".

The pedestal also provides stability with its quick release mid-level spreader that enhances the tripod's rigidity, reducing vibrations, and fast camera setup and breakdown.

The mono-lock feature simplifies height adjustments by allowing both tripod legs to be adjusted simultaneously with a single twist.

The system includes standard 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, providing the flexibility to attach various accessories such as monitors, microphones, or lights directly to the tripod.

The pedestal system comes with two 8.2' cables, and optional extension cables are available in 8.2 and 13' lengths to extend your control up to 82'. Other separately available options include a V-mount battery kit and a Bluetooth wireless controller to control the rig from up to 32' away.
