Maximum USB Extension

Directly bridge ISO supported USB cameras, capture devices, soundbars, hubs, and more to a conference room, remote storage, video matrix system, or IT security room via standard CAT 6a/7 cabling. In conjunction with a single 10GBASE-T network switch, users can extend 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 2.0, and legacy USB 1.1 devices up to 656' between the aluminum constructed LEX (Local Extender) and REX (Remote Extender). Likewise, users can set up a point-to-point (PtP) CAT 6a/7 connection between LEX and REX to achieve up to 328' USB extension. This system includes power adapters for both extenders while the LEX also supports bus-powered operations if the host device delivers 15W.

Isochronous Connectivity

The Raven 3204C fully supports Control, Interrupt, Bulk, and Isochronous USB transaction types, meaning seamless functionality for connected devices and peripherals without significant delay. The REX is equipped with two USB-A and two USB-C ports that can accommodate up to 30 downstream peripherals while delivering up to 6W/1.2A and 15W/3A, respectively. Additionally, the system supports 1 GbE pass-through for network-enabled devices or existing infrastructure to simplify installation.

Maintenance and Compatibility

The Raven 3204C Pro offers network-based firmware upgrades, saving system administrators time and allowing simplified system upgrades. This system is compatible with all major UC conferencing applications, as well as Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS systems.
