Ice Oversized Solid ICE ND Filter (100 x 150mm, 10-Stop)

The 10-stop, 100 x 150mm Oversized Solid ICE ND Filter from Ice is an ND filter with a 1000x filter factor that provides a 10-stop exposure reduction. Its 3.0 optical density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed without overexposing your image. By slowing your exposure time, you can create motion blur for special effects or to convey a sense of movement. Opening your iris allows you to create shallow depth of field, which can help isolate your subject. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.

Measuring 2mm thick, this neutral density filter is 50% longer than a 100 x 100mm solid neutral density filter. Its extra length provides additional handling surface to help prevent fingerprints from accumulating on the section of the filter that would be positioned in front of a lens. As a result, the appearance of fingerprints in an image or recording made with this filter can be prevented.

This neutral density filter is constructed from tempered, optical glass for shock resistance, clarity, and color fidelity. A plastic case is included for storage and transport.
