Hollyland HL-LARK M1 Overview
Record up to two people in mobile journalism or content creation applications using this 2.4 GHz LARK M1 DUO Wireless Microphone System from Hollyland. The system includes two transmitters with built-in, omnidirectional microphones and one dual-channel receiver�all with a compact form factor. Clips on the back of each transmitter allow you to attach them to the lapel of a shirt. With a TRS to TRS and TRS to TRRS adapter cables, the receiver can be plugged into compatible cameras or smartphones.
Audio can be transmitted from up to 656' away thanks to its auto frequency hopping technology. Integrated into each component's design are LED indicators to display its power and connectivity status. Noise cancellation technology can be toggled using the onboard controls and helps highlight vocals over ambient noise. Intuitive plug and play pairing allows you to use the system right out of the box. Record audio for up to 8 hours and recharge in 1.5 hours using the USB Type-C ports or charging case.

Does NOT come with audio cables for cell phone connection
I have been unable to test this because it does not come with a 3.5 to lightning or a 3.5 to USB C cable. Disappointing for the price. Build quality appears excellent and pairing was very quick. The thick, elastic collar of the dead cat seems to be right on top of the microphone of the transmitter unit. I'll have to see how that impacts sound quality. If I had to do this again I would strongly consider the two transmitter set because that comes with the charging case, which looks well designed and convenient. Solo comes with a simple grey case which isn't terrible and should help keep the units and cables in one place. Instruction are very basic and not very helpful. Not explained in the instructions is that the clip on the receiver unit will actually slide into the hot/cold shoe on your camera or other device. Nicely thought out. Transmitter unit is quite small and I imagine will be very easy to clip to and hide in clothing. Strangely, my solo set came with TWO 3.5 to 3.5 cables and 2 USB-A to USB-C cables. See picture. Definitely would have preferred 3.5 to lightning and 3.5 to USB-C instead of duplicates of the other cables.

Best Mic Ever

Aesthetic mic for daily vlogs!!
This one works great together with my sony camera and iphone, and even my cat! I love the audio quality of Lark M1. And it's tiny enough to be put in the pocket, which is super nice!

Simple operation and very good results
We needed to expand the number of mobility of microphones for portable PA system. The handheld microphone supplied with the PA amp is adequate for some purposes, but with more speakers in the group, it was getting cumbersome to pass it around. Plugging this system's receiver in the AUX input quickly and simply expanded the number of active microphones from 1 to 3. Set up is a no-brainer, but until the next meeting I won't be able to report on how long a fully charged system will last. Still, for the promo price paid, this is a really great system.
