Not excited about the product
First the company switched over from a ribbon/cartridge combo to a load your own ribbon in the cartridge. I'm guessing to cut back on cost and use less plastic. This makes it so slow to change ribbon out. I've had a ribbon that was cut sent out, which turned into a nightmare since it was my backup ribbon. They never even credited me another ribbon. shipped me 2 sets of boxes in a larger box that was mislabeled 4x6 when they sent 5x7. That put a large oops in the 4 day event it was supposed to cover. Still waiting to get my money back.
Ribbon constantly rips at yellow
I have used ribbon/paper for P510s printers since 2013. This latest batch of media in the 4-pack is constantly getting torn at the yellow color. This happens across three printers - so I don�t believe it is the printer, instead the media. I am hoping someone can give me a solution or workaround.
