Hikvision DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL Overview
Monitor an indoor or outdoor area with the ColorVu DS-2CD2387G2P-LSU/SL 8MP Network Turret Camera from Hikvision. This unit uses two 1/1.8" progressive scan CMOS sensors to capture 5120 x 1440 resolution video at up to 20 fps. A supplemental white light provides up to 131' of illumination for recording full color video in low-light conditions. The camera features dual 4mm fixed lenses that deliver a 180° (±10°) horizontal field of view. Two-way audio is possible thanks to a built-in speaker and microphone, an audio input, and an audio output. An active strobe light and an audio alarm keeps intruders at bay. A built-in memory card slot supports microSD cards up to 256GB (available separately). Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data through a single cable.
This camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is housed in an IP67-rated metal enclosure that is suitable for safe outdoor use.

Perfect camera in front of our garage
Pro - I can see the entire street now - Very clear - Combines two cameras with one POE cable - Awesome at night - Built in microphone - SD Card recordings - Works well with iPad app (notifications are great) Cons - Base is a bit wide - Hikvision Mac app iVMS 4200 is buggy - Does not work on native HDMI view from DS-7608NI-Q2 / 8P (but works on apps and through NVR virtual host to connect directly to camera) I replaced a ColorVu camera with this one, and the one panoramic view is perfect for keeping an eye of the street in front of my garage. I'll have to upgrade my NVR if I want to see the view from my TV that is connected to my NVR. Needs to support dynamic layouts. Pro tip: In the NVR, you can set up links to a Hikvision PTZ camera to point to an area when there is an intrusion detection.
