The 40.5mm Metal Lens Hood (Long) from Heliopan is designed to reducing glare and lens flare by blocking stray light from entering the lens. The hood is compatible with lenses that have a 40.5mm diameter. Additionally, a lens hood provides protection against accidental impact. The hood has the same diameter at both ends and can be combined with other hoods to achieve the desired length.
