GVM has put together this RGB LED Studio Video Bi-Color 2-Panel Light Kit with Softboxes to give you a complete lighting setup with CCT and RGB color control plus AC or battery options. The kit includes two 1000D LED panels, each with 4-way barndoors, a softbox, an AC adapter, and a light stand. A case is included for storage and transport.
The 1000D RGB LED Studio Video Light Bi-Color Soft Light Panel is a compact light source that measures just 12.5 x 10.6 x 1.6". It has a wide CCT color range from a warm 3200K to a daylight-balanced 5600K for meeting any ambient light challenge, matching other fixtures, or just for creative expression. The light's high CRI rating of 97 is an indicator of advanced accuracy in rendering color. The 1000D has an RGB mode (Red, Green, Blue) with hue, saturation, and intensity control for access to a myriad of color combinations for fine-tuning and customizing the output. You can make adjustments on the fixture or wirelessly with your smartphone in APP mode via a free download.
The 1000D has a wide beam spread that can be narrowed with the four-way barndoors. Simply swing one or more of the barndoor leaves into the path of the beam to light the areas you want and keep light from areas you don't want illuminated. The panel is dimmable from 0 to 100% and features aluminum construction, with a a yoke that allows 360° rotation for unlimited positioning. The light runs on 100-240 voltage using the included AC adapter, but it will also run on two optional NP-F-type batteries when mains power is unavailable

Great Lights AND Customer Service
Our team has been using these lights for a few months now. They are super bright, easy to use, and versatile. The batteries last a long time. That last 30 minute shoot, the meter barley moved. We had one of the plastic clamps crack and they were quick to respond and send out a replacement. Very pleased with what we got for the price, and with the customer service.

This came as a set of two lights in a very nice carrying case. Everything fits really well in the case, I was impressed. The light is bright and has a cloth filter to soften the lights. Did I mention there is an app to control the lights? Sweet! These lights can go up to 8ft I think. Super tall but it�s pretty stable at that height. I was afraid It would be wobbly. Definitely won�t be using it that high but nice to know it�s adjustable. If you need prosumer lighting, look no further.
Great Light Kit for photography and videography
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a photographer and videographer; lighting is my biggest headache. GVM1000D RGB led video lighting is a great mobile lighting kit that come with a nice soft carrying case that is organized and protected on the inside. This kit contains 2 GVM 1000D RGB LED Video Light with U Bracket and Barndoor. The light brightness can be adjusted from 0 to 100%. They also have a 8 pre-built lighting scenes (Lightning, Paparazzi, Disco, Party, etc.) features that can be used if you are in a time crunch for shooting certain scenes. The RGB match with most of the color you need that can be used in all different situations. I use one light as my primary light and the second light with different color to set up the mood. I can used it for fill lights, backlights, and key lights for interviews, simple set-up shoots, music videos, and other filmmakers. If you are working alone, I would recommend download the GVM app. The GVM app on my phone was easy to use to controls the color and temperature. It also comes with 2 tripod light stand, but I would recommend use sandbags to keep it from falling over. It also come with the 2 softbox and 2 white diffusers. It was a little challenged to install the softbox. You must take the barndoor off to install the softbox. Make sure you have a Ziploc bag in handy. You do not want to lose these screws. The great features of this GVM lights are having an option to use batteries or a power adapter that come with it. A huge plus for me is that I�m always nervous if you are on the go or places that doesn�t have an outlet, it has 2 slots for NP batteries for one on each side (battery sold separately). Having option for batteries is a good idea to have for back up. It doesn't matter what level of skill you're at, this is good genuine lighting system to be part of your gear for photography or videography. Overall, very nice lights highly recommended for a photographer/film maker to get to the next level to build up the quality of their works.
