Godox VSA-26° Spot Lens Overview
Ideal for dramatic, theatrical work as well as fashion, the VSA-26° Spot Lens from Godox will not fit only Godox lights but also those of the many manufacturers that use the popular Bowen's mount.
The 20.3 x 9.5 x 7.7" fixture has a lens that narrows the light's wide beam angle. Like most theatrical snoots of well-equipped ellipsoidal, the VSA-26° allows you to make sharp cuts with the included gobos and gobo holder. The light also has a filter holder in front of the lens.

Godox VSA-26° Spot Lens Reviews
Versatile Tool!
This is a very good spotlight for Godox LED lights. I use them with the Litemons LA200D for three purposes. Mainly, they are excellent for projecting background silhouettes with steel gobos. For this, I've put inexpensive TV wall mounts about 9 feet up on my studio walls, using a super-clamp to mount the VSA's yoke. Mounting like this means no light-stand in the way, and the height generally works to project the silhouette without the light hitting the subject's head. Also, I use them on a light-stand next to the background, angled to project a beam of light down and across the background. Finally, especially with an iris, they work as sharp, bright, hard key-lights directly on a subject. When going for a dramatic look with high-contrast shadows, they are perfect. In my limited studio space, with the VSA 15 feet from the background, I prefer the 36-degree lens, as the gobo images (e.g., Venetian blind shadows) fill the space behind the subject better. For everything else, the 26-degree works very well and is a bit brighter. The VSA loses a star for two reasons. First, the lens focuses simply by sliding back and forth, but it slides a bit roughly and must be fiddled with sometimes. Second, this thing draws in dust throughout, and I haven't figured out how to remove dust from the lens tube itself. Apparently, dust is getting in through the slot that allows for sliding back and forth. I don't see any visual issues yet with the dust while in use, and I am able to get dust out from all areas except the inner tube. I do keep the VSA covered when not in use, and my studio is not especially dusty. Overall, this is an excellent purchase. I'm using these nearly every photo session in one way or another. They are bright, sharp, and very versatile with the different ways of using them and the wide selection of Rosco type gobos available. They are well built, including the high-quality mounting yokes.
