Godox TT685II Overview
Offering full support for Sony ADI / P-TTL and a built-in 2.4 GHz radio system, the Godox TT685S II Flash makes it easy to create both simple and elaborate lighting setups. A powerful and effective lighting tool, this flash features a powerful guide number of 197' at ISO 100 with a zoom range of 20-200mm. The TT685S II operates as a full wireless master or slave unit with TTL functionality, and for maximum versatility this updated unit tilts from -7 to 120° and rotates 330°, giving you more flexible flash angles and a more efficient lighting setup process. Also featured is a new and unique TCM (TTL Converted to Manual) function, which allows for instant conversion from TTL to manual mode. This function helps you lock the proper exposure value and is useful for quickly determining a good starting point for setting external flash units in manual mode. For ease of use, an easy-to-read rear LCD panel illuminates your flash settings, and the flash includes a 2.5mm sync port for basic wired connectivity.

Godox TT685II Reviews
Best replacement
I have always used the name brand flashes. They are great but at less than half the price, Godox products are almost the equivalent. Great job!
well priced
well priced compared to sony product. delivered quickly
For the money, hard to beat.
So far it's working like a champ. I was actually surprised how good the build quality is for this. Don't get me wrong, it's not a take. But it doesn't feel cheap at all. I bought this for a hair light, and its pretty much perfect for that. Its definitely not as powerful as my other flashes, like the AD100, but I'm sure you could make it work as your only flash. Just not in really large rooms.
Really nice on camera flash
This is the newest TT685 model. I waited for it to be available so that it could be paired with the more advanced Godox xProS. I am a novice using flash, so I've only used it on camera in TTL mode for live shots since receiving it two weeks ago. The menu system is not very complex and operation of the unit has been flawless.
Godox TT685N II Flash
Doesn't seem to work correctly. Am not able to use the flash in remote.
Works great with the Nikon d850
I am a long time user of Nikon Speedlights (SB800/910). I am floored by the high quality of the TT685 for its cost. Guide number is about the same as my SB910. Thus far I haven't found a missing feature. It works perfectly in off-camera TTL mode with my d850 and the Godox XProN trigger. I will likely sell my Nikon speedlights so I can buy one or two more TT685. I'd give it 5 stars but I don't know how long it will hold up vs my Nikon Speedlights.
So, great flash but fragile.
The flash has more control and power for anyone. It's big but lightweight enough not to care. The problem is when aiming it forward, it's still and prefers to break than to pivot at it's hinge. The good news is that the fragile part is connected only with a ribbon cable and 4 screws, and a new hotshoe assembly is only $20 on here.
