The QR200 Arca-Type Quick Release Plate for FPH-200 Pan Head from Field Optics Research is 2.5" long and comes with a 1/4"-20 threaded camera mount. The rubberized anti-twist pads prevent a camera from moving while attached to the plate, and dual safety stops on the bottom of the plate prevent it from sliding out if a clamp is partially opened. Additionally, a loop is machined on its side of the plate for a hand or shoulder strap.
