Field Optics Research PROMAX ULTRA Overview
Optimized for outdoor sports optics and wildlife photography with long telephoto lenses, this ProMAX Ultra FVH-320 Carbon Fiber Tripod System from Field Optics Research features an ultra-rugged design and 77 lb load capacity. Included in the system is the FVH-320 video head with an Arca-type quick release plate, spring-loaded counterbalance, and a 9" pan handle for intuitive control in uneven terrain.
The carbon fiber tripod features two detachable legs, which can be used as hiking sticks as you climb your way to your vantage point. Adjusting the twist locks on each leg can get the tripod to its maximum working height of 71.6" or fold it back down to its 23.23" folded length for easy storage.
