f-stop Tilopa 50L Overview
Pack a variety of gear and hit the trail with the TILOPA 50L DuraDiamond Travel & Adventure Camera Backpack from f-Stop. It features accessory loops, shock cords, MOLLE webbing, and front panel compression straps for attaching a snowboard, tripod, or other item. It incorporates large expandable side pockets and an EVA-padded back panel. The pack can be carried with the handle or worn with the EVA-padded shoulder straps and waist belt. For added stability there's a sternum strap with an integrated distress whistle. The TILOPA is made with DuraDiamond 315D H/T proprietary nylon ripstop fabric, which provides higher tear resistance with lighter weight than 420D nylon ripstop fabric. It incorporates an environmentally responsible C0 DWR coating and TPU layer that increases material strength and fabric waterproofing. External zipper pulls and the heat-shrink wrapped paracord provide a better grip in wet conditions or while wearing gloves.

f-stop Tilopa 50L Reviews
Finally, the perfect camera backpack
I know this bag is expensive but if I would have purchased it right away rather then spending just as much money if not more on several other bags, I would have saved myself a lot of grief and disappointment. This bag has it all! Enough room to fit my 5D Mark IV, 1D X Mark II, 70mm to 200mm, 100mm to 400mm, 24mm to 70mm, and 100mm macro lenses plus the rest of my gear. The bag is tough and the zippers are amazing. I have only put approximately ten miles on while it was on my back but in those miles, the bag was very comfortable with plenty of padding for the 40 plus pounds of gear. Spend the money now on one bag and have something rather then what I did, spend the same amount on 4 other bags that don't hold near the gear and are not even in the same class as the f-stop TILOPA 50L.
King of Backpacks
I've been working in sports television for 30 yrs, and I've always been on a quest for the PERFECT backpack for work. I've been through numerous Kelty Redwing 50's, Tactical backpacks, O'Neill surf bags, and a lot of others. This one is my favorite of all time. It has pockets all over the place, its huge on the inside, reinforced bottom. There are only 2 things I don't like. One, is that it's not waterPROOF. It is water resistant but not waterproof. But it does dry quickly. The second, is the cost. I usually spend @$150 for a backpack that lasts a year or so. I just told myself I have to make this last at least 3 yrs to justify it. The first week I brought it to work I had at least a dozen co workers ask about this pack. It's definitely an eye catcher.
Awesome backpack that should last a good long time
At this point I've only had the pack out a few times but I love it already. I wanted something that would let me carry a couple bodies, several lenses, and leave room for some water, snacks, a small first aid kit, and a layer of clothing. This bag will get it done wonderfully with the ample interior storage and exterior options. I purchased an additional pair of the gatekeeper straps so I can use the two that came with it for hanging a tripod and have an extra pair to sling underneath incase I want to carry things like a roll of camo netting or a heavy jacket. After putting two bodies, three lenses (including my 100-400), and a strobe in the ICU, I have plenty of pockets and space left for the aforementioned gear. I especially like the memory card storage with magnetic closures that keep extra or filled cards nice and secure. This bag cost more than double the price of my last one but it's at least 3 times as much bag and looks built to last!
Horrible Lumbar
This bag is awesome for the storage and ability to hold camera gear. Due to the lack of padding on the bag, the bottom edge of the bag digs into my back making it extremely uncomfortable. You'd think for the price it would actually be comfortable.
