Exell Battery MRB400 Overview
Serving as a replacement for a PX400 mercury battery or any of several other button cells, the 1.35V Exell MRB400 is a safe, environmentally-friendly zinc air battery. It can power the light meters in some old film cameras, including the Pentax Spotmatic, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIA, SP500, and SP1000. The battery is also commonly used in dog collars for electric fences, and in tonometers and other handheld medical instruments.
