Electro-Harmonix Ram's Head Big Muff Overview
The Ram's Head Big Muff Pi from Electro-Harmonix is a fuzz pedal designed for electric guitars. It provides the sound of a classic fuzz pedal, the 1973 Violet Ram's Head Big Muff, in a nano casing that takes up less space than the original.
Volume, tone, and sustain knobs are on hand in addition to a bypass/engage footswitch. This pedal makes use of true bypass circuitry to maintain your signal's integrity when the pedal is disengaged. The Ram's Head Big Muff Pi can draw power from a 9V battery (included) or a separately available EHX 9.6 VDC / 200 mA power supply.
