Dracast has put together this 4-light Remote Newsroom Studio Essentials Daylight Light Kit with V-Mounts for image-makers who need studio light quality with power options that they can take on the road. The kit includes two LED1000 Pro Daylight LED Panels and an LED500 Pro Daylight Panel, each light with a V-mount battery. A Dual V-mount Charger is included to charge the batteries. A LED160 Daylight On-Camera LED Light along with two NP-F 2200mAh batteries and a charger are provided, as are four 6' light stands and a hard, waterproof case for storage and transport.

At 5.5 lb the LED1000 Pro Daylight LED Light with V-Mount Battery Plate from Dracast is an ideal choice for the studio or location work where color accuracy, control and flicker-free output are of major importance. The LED1000's daylight balanced output is well suited to outdoor work or for color matching HMI fixtures, while its high CRI of 95 renders colors with precision and fidelity. Dimming from 100-0% is conveniently done with a back-panel knob that adjusts the output with negligible color shift. The low electrical draw of just 60W means a timely return on your investment.
The durable anodized aluminum frame is supported by an sturdy, U-shaped yoke with locking knobs on each side and a standard 5/8" receiver. This LED1000 can be used worldwide thanks to its included 100-240 VAC power adapter. You can also use the onboard V-mount battery plate with 14.8V batteries when mains power is unavailable. Dracast DLS-805 Spring-Cushioned Light Stand (6')
The DLS-805 Spring-Cushioned Light Stand from Dracast extends from 28.5" to 72" and has a load capacity of 13 lb. It folds down to 28.5" for transport, and weighs 3.4 lb. There is a 5/8" stud on top of the stand.
The stand is composed of lightweight aluminum and is anodized to cut down on reflections. It is spring-cushioned to keep lighting fixtures damage-free when lowering. Large knobs are easy to grip and allow for quick, smooth adjustments.
Dracast DR-CH2V Dual V-Mount Battery Charger
The portable DR-CH2V Dual V-Mount Battery Charger from Dracast allows you to simultaneously charge two V-Mount batteries (or a single battery) from 90 to 240 VAC sources. It features a top handle for easy transport and built-in capacity management system to ensure fast charging. The charger will automatically shutdown once the batteries reach their full charge. Additionally, the charger can function as a portable AC to DC power adapter, taking the AC power input and outputting 15 VDC at 4A via a 4-pin XLR connector. The output is only active when no batteries are attached.
Dracast NPF Battery for Select LED Lights
The NPF Battery for Select LED Lights is a high capacity, rechargeable, lithium-ion battery with a rating of 2200 mAh, 7.2 V. It is compatible with LED lights such as the LED160. The battery will give you 90 minutes run time with the LED160 at full power.
