Shake your audience to the core with the Boneshaker from DOD, a potent, frequency-specific distortion pedal, designed by Black Arts Toneworks guru Mark Wentz, with 3-band parametric EQ and durable, all-metal construction. Ideal for guitars, basses, or anything you want to add some growl and edge to, the Boneshaker allows you to precisely control the tone of your distortion with dedicated frequency adjustment and per-band boost and cut control as well as controls for depth, distortion gain, and output level.

The Boneshaker features 1/4" TS Hi-Z input and output jacks, a typical metal footswitch, and an LED power indicator. The Boneshaker can operate on a single 9V alkaline dry cell battery, or an optional 9 VDC power adapter via the common barrel connector input.

The Boneshaker is supercharged with a 3-band parametric EQ that drives its gain to add more frequency-specific, bowel-churning lows, more bare-knuckle mids, and more responsive highs. It features independent low level, low frequency, mid level, mid frequency, high level and high frequency controls.

The Boneshaker is true bypass, which allows your guitar tone to remain pristine when you are merely passing your signal through. Along with the optional power supply input, this makes the Boneshaker very pedalboard friendly.

Most guitarists and bassists will favor placing the Boneshaker at the beginning of their chain of effects. Placing the Boneshaker toward the front of your chain will preserve the vibe of your tone no matter the pedal combination. That being said, you may wish to experiment with effect placement since the Boneshaker also stacks well with other distortion and fuzz pedals.
