Dahua Technology N45E Overview
Monitor an indoor or outdoor area with the N45EYNZ 4MP ePoE Night Color 2.0 Network Dome Camera from Dahua Technology. This unit uses a 1/1.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor to capture 2688 x 1520 resolution video at 30 fps. Three white-light LEDs provide up to 131' of illumination to record full color video in low-light conditions. The camera's 2.7-12mm motorized varifocal lens delivers a 115 to 48° horizontal field of view. Two-way audio is possible thanks to an RCA audio input and output, a built-in microphone, and speaker. A memory card slot supports microSD cards up to 256GB (available separately). Integrated ePoE technology offers a cost-effective solution for transmitting power and data over long distances via Ethernet or coaxial cables when compared to running separate wires.
This dome camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is housed in an IP67- and IK10-rated metal enclosure that is suitable for outdoor use in areas at risk of vandalism.
IVS (Intelligent Video System) analytic algorithms for tampering, memory card error, network error, unauthorized access, IP address conflict, missing object, abandoned object, scene change, fast moving, parking detection, crowd gathering, and loitering detection
Smart plan schedule enables the camera to switch analytic functions based on time
Perimeter protection for tripwire violations and intrusion
Smart motion detection that differentiates between and classifies human and vehicle objects, along with minimizing false alarms caused by leaves blowing, animals, or lights

Dahua Technology N45E Reviews
Not too bad

I currently mounted these using mount PFA137 on corner mount PFA151. I originally bought two of these to replace the two cameras in the alley to see if I can get better night shots, but when I went to adjust them I was unable to get the proper angle. These are designed to be mounted from the ceiling, or from above. With my current setup they are about 20 ft off the ground. The white LEDs do add a little bit of light to the ground but the images still ghost at night. These would work best if they were as close as possible to whatever needs to be monitored. Daytime shots are as good as many similar Dahua cameras. Having audio built in is a nice touch, but with no windscreen, you will definitely hear noise from the wind. As with most cameras that I have used with the built-in microphones the audio quality isn't the greatest, but it is usable. All in all, these cameras aren't too bad. They just aren't designed for my current setup.
