Instructions
It would have been very helpful had there been instructions on how to apply the windscreen to ensure it remains in place. I had to email Countryman to find out if I'd purchased the wrong ones. They sent me instructions on how to secure the windscreen, so now we are good.Especially if this is the first time you are replacing a windscreen, instructions are needed.Thank you!
For hard to find parts - is GREAT!
Our Countryman mic is an older unit and finding wind screens was hard enough without having to spend $20 on S&H. had them for the right price and low S&H too. Ordered and in my office in less than a 3 days!
Works great
our speaker has a bit of problem with wind noise, and this product completely solved the problem. Good price, quick deliver, can't ask for anything more.
Does what it's supposed to do
The E6 Windscreen does exactly what it's supposed to do - knock down wind noise and reduce annoying pops. It really improves the overall usability of the Countryman microphone and makes it easier to eq for the speakers voice rather than worrying about suppressing frequencies to reduce unwanted noise. In a nutshell - it does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Great replacement perfect fit
We were concerned about buying the replacement tips online but this worked great. Fits perfect and was an exact replacement for what we needed.
Exact fit for E6
Foam windscreen disappeared on an E6 at my church. Until I could receive the replacement, I made a temp with a piece of foam. The E6 does not work well without the windscreen. The real one sounds much better than any fake one.
