The Ultimus RGB Backlit Mechanical Keyboard is a gaming-focused keyboard built with steel plates for sturdiness and durability. It features mechanical Red switches, customizable RGB LED lighting, N-key rollover, as well as multimedia and function keys. Using the FN key with a combination of other keys, you can easily adjust its colors, lighting effects, and plenty of other functions. Connect this keyboard to your system via a standard USB Type-A port and you're all set.
Mechanical Red Switches
Mechanical keyboards utilize a different type of key switch technology for a more durable and unique typing experience. The Red switch features a linear travel with no tactile bump. This can be beneficial for users who don't need the tactility of other switches. Additionally, with close actuation and release points, Red switches allow for easier double-tapping. Unlike Blue switches, these do not have an audible "click" mechanism, allowing for a quieter operation. Noise generated from this keyboard will be from the key either springing back into place or "bottoming out" � making contact with the back plate after a particularly hard press.
