The 10' USB 3.1 Type-C Male Cable from Comprehensive allows users to connect external USB Type-C devices, such as the Google Nexus 5X, Google Nexus 6P, and more to their compatible system, such as the 2015 Apple MacBook, Google Chromebook Pixel, or any other computer with a USB Type-C port. USB 3.1, also known as USB 3.1 Gen 2, provides a maximum data transfer rate of 10 Gb/s through its reversible USB Type-C connector, meaning that the connector can be inserted whether oriented right-side up or flipped upside down. Comprehensive's USB 3.1 Type-C Male Cable is backwards compatible with USB 3.0 at speeds up to 5 Gb/s, USB 2.0 at speeds up to 480 Mb/s, and USB 1.1/1.0 at speeds up to 12 Mb/s. It also uses a low-profile design, which helps make it more robust, as well as Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) construction, which helps to block electromagnetic interference and ensure more reliable data communications. It is protected by a limited lifetime warranty.
