Coast designed and built the PolySteel 700 LED Flashlight to hold up to the challenges of the working world. It features white and red chip-on-board LEDs on its handle for steady or flashing light, along with a conventional 800-peak-lumen flashlight beam that adjusts between spot and flood with a simple twist of the head. Dual side switches select mode and brightness level. The PolySteel body consists of a stainless steel core wrapped in a nylon-reinforced polycarbonate material. This combination of poly and steel produces a housing that is resistant to drops, impacts, and crushing. The poly exterior is highly slip resistant, and the deep-grooved handle design adds to its positive grip even in cold and wet conditions. Four AA batteries are included and will power the light for up to 45 hours, depending on mode and output levels used. The light can also be powered with an optional rechargeable battery pack. This item ships in clamshell packaging.
