The CS-LITE+ SpectraColor Light Source with CS-LiteMask from CineStill Film is a compact LED panel designed for use with your digital camera. It scans 35mm and medium-format traditional color or black and white negative film and all types of transparencies. SpectraColor lighting technology matches the unique dyes of analog film to a digital sensor.

SpectraColor Lighting Technology

This proprietary technology has been designed to precisely match the unique spectral dye-density curves of color negative print films to the RAW digital photography workflow to make scanning your film easier, while preserving the film's natural colors and beauty. The CS-LITE+ utilizes ultrabright single-band LEDs, and the narrowband light is then transformed and shaped into separate ultra-narrowband multispectral wavelengths specifically calibrated to convert the color layers of film into the three color channels of a digital raw file.

CS-LiteBrite+ Light Enhancement Sheets

The two light enhancement sheets help you get more from your film scanning setup by enhancing your light source. The sheets increase output brightness, making it more directional and uniform and also help to reduce spill. They can be trimmed to your desired size, easily applied thanks to their self-adhesive design, and even stacked for increased enhancement.

CS-LiteMask

The included CS-LiteMask set is a 2-piece universal film carrier mask set that pairs with existing film carriers from manufactures like Negative Supply, VALOI, Lomography, and more. Masking around the edges of the film carrier helps eliminate spill, reducing unwanted glare and maintaining uniformity across the entirety of scans.
