Able to print media up to 44" wide and featuring a maximum resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, the TX-4200 offers a high-precision, high-density printhead, which lets you create high-quality documents and graphics with sharp text at large-format sizes. The printer provides a total of 15,360 nozzles that lay down 5 picoliter-sized droplets, providing sharp lines and fine details for exceptional image quality. The printer has wired networking via Ethernet, USB 2.0 for simple connection to a thumb drive or computer, and Wi-Fi connectivity for working with a compatible smart device. The imagePROGRAF MFP Z36 Scanner offers advanced workflow capabilities with SingleSensor technology that allows you to scan, edit, save, share, and print with ease and efficiency. With 1200 dpi optical resolution and a scanning speed of up to 13" per second in monochrome and 6" per second in color, the scanner exceeds in high-volume-output environments for more experienced users. At up to 3.3 D-size prints per minute and with quicker media loading by approximately 34%, this printer is faster than previous models.

Security features include PIN printing, self-encrypting hard drive, USB port-disabling capabilities, Ethernet port, and USB direct thumb drive will ensure peace of mind for the privacy of your documentation.

Once the media is loaded into the printer, the printer will automatically find the leading edge and feed the media. From there, the TX-4200 will automatically determine the media type, length, and width, which will be shown on the display panel.

Built with production and efficiency in mind, this printer features a compact design, semi-translucent ink tank and media covers, an intuitive user interface screen, end-user installable printheads, maintenance cartridges, and hot-swap ink tanks. The user interface screen displays the ink and sub-ink tank levels, media indicator levels, and other setting prompts all on the home screen.

A built-in 500GB hard drive can increase productivity by relieving workload from the host computer, while providing a large capacity for print job data storage and retrieval.

Direct USB thumb-drive printing supports JPEG and PDF file formats. Simply load your files onto your USB drive, step right up to the printer, and plug your USB drive into the port.

With Wi-Fi connectivity you can transfer technical drawing files and speed up workflow. No Wi-Fi router is needed, providing greater freedom during installation.

The six-channel PF-06 Print Head is engineered to work with the printer's high-speed carriage and high-frequency ink ejection to help facilitate fast printing. This printer boasts Canon's notable print-head technology, laying down ink with outstanding speed and accuracy. The PF-06 incorporates a nozzle orifice shape to help minimize mist spray, producing clean lines and text. The high-precision, high-density print head, with a total of 15,360 nozzles, lays down 5 picoliter-sized ink droplets that help produce sharp detail and excellent image quality. The result is consistently accurate 2400 x 1200 dpi output with fine lines that are accurate to ?0.10% and as thin as 0.02mm.

Featuring a 5-color LUCIA TD Pigment ink system, this ink produces fine lines and sharp text, even on non-inkjet-coated paper. This ink helps provide a balance between bleed resistance, black density, and water resistance not found in dye ink. Combine this pigment ink with water-resistant media and you have a printed drawing that can withstand many outdoor conditions, especially outdoor job sites such as construction sites.
