Canon MF3010 Overview
Designed for home and small office environments, the Canon imageCLASS MF3010 VP balances speedy performance and minimal maintenance in a compact design. It offers print, copy, and scan functions and is designed for smaller print jobs. The print speed is up to 19ppm for letter size paper and up to 24ppm for legal size paper. The maximum print resolution is 600 x 600 dpi, and the first printout time is approximately 8 seconds. Envelopes are supported as well.
The copy speed and resolution are the same as the print speed and resolution � 19ppm for letter size paper and 24ppm for legal paper in up to 600 x 600 dpi. The scanner function allows black-and-white and color scanning and lets you convert scanned documents to searchable digital files, including high-compression PDF and searchable PDF (OCR). The scan resolution is also up to 600 x 600 dpi.
The MF3010 VP comes with a pre-installed starter black ink toner that yields up to 700 pages, and also includes a Canon Genuine Toner 125 Black that yields up to 1600 pages. The high-capacity, all-in-one cartridge helps reduce overall supply costs. A combination of fusing technologies and a low-melting-point toner also minimizes power requirements and allows less energy use.

Nice wired laser printer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Canon MF3010 VP laser printer is nice wired laser printer. It comes with USB cable which requires to connect printer with laptop. Setup is easy. Its a basic black and white printer, one sided or manual two sided. Quality of printing is very good. It comes with tonner too. Overall i liked this printer.
Does the job very well

Easy to set up, easy to get started. Once you're set up and printing, you will quickly see the crisp, HD printing capability, especially when printing photos on glossy photo paper. Great Little Printer

Scans in color which is great for copies of driver's license and the like. Small enough to be mobile which is really useful for me if I'm working at a client's house on a project ( I'm an interior designer). Overall great value and quality product.
Fast printing

To me the size is about the average size, if not smaller than a home printer. The sleek modern square design is nice and leaves a small footprint on a desk or counter top. It prints so fast, saving me time. Being that its laser makes the print so clear. Sometimes my wife prints coupons and the barcodes come out crisp. I appreciate the extra toner as well. Its a great multifunctional printer.
