Streamline networked storage and performance with the TeraStation WS5420 IoT 16TB 4-Bay NAS Server from Buffalo. Sporting four 4TB SATA III hard drives, this NAS array provides 16TB of storage capacity. In addition to one 10GbE port, this server also incorporates two Gigabit Ethernet ports for fast networking. Plus, connect wired accessories via two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports. Preconfigured in RAID 5, this NAS server also supports RAID 0, 1, and JBOD modes and is compatible with a wide range of devices and operating systems for easy deployment in your IoT setup.
Packing a 1.5 GHz Intel Atom C3338 dual-core CPU and 8GB of ECC DDR4 RAM, the TeraStation WS5420 is built for fast processing. This NAS array is also compatible with Shadow Copy, data deduplication, Azure, and OneDrive. A desktop form factor allows for easy installation, while the locking front panel guards against unauthorized access. The Buffalo TeraStation WS5420 is compatible with Windows 7 and later, Windows Server 2012 and later, and macOS 10.12 and later.
