Add a matte box with three filter trays to your rig with this Misfit Six 3-Stage Matte Box Kit from Bright Tangerine. The lightweight core matte box is constructed with a durable carbon fiber frame and features room for up to three filter stages. It can be used with a separately available 6 x 6" frame-safe clamp adapter.
The three included filter trays allow you to add three 6 x 6" or 4 x 5.65" filters to your setup, and they feature a spring-loaded clasp to make it easy to insert and remove each tray. The included carbon fiber top flag features extendable, slide-out wings to protect the lens from glare.
Add a matte box to your rig with this Misfit Six Core from Bright Tangerine. The Misfit Six features the core frame, carbon fiber shade, and a Real Stage design that is expandable from a 2- to 3-stage assembly by adding a third tray. Ultra-compact and lightweight, this matte box can go from accepting one, two, or three separately available 6 x 6" or 4 x 5.65" filter trays using its Reveal Stage technology without adding or adjusting any hardware. It also features an updated quick release top flag mount to lock or dynamically adjust with friction.
The matte box core is compatible with Bright Tangerine 6 x 6" frame-safe lens clamp adapters, allowing you to attach the matte box to a wide range of lens sizes from 80 to 162mm. You can also add optional top and side flags, available separately. The Misfit Six also supports optional rod-mount, clip-on, or swing-away bracket assemblies for more efficient lens swaps. It is also compatible with ARRI backs, mattes, and filter trays.
Designed specifically to attach to your Misfit Six matte box, this Top Flag from Bright Tangerine allows you to adjust it to keep consistent contrast and prevent flares. The top flag attaches to the quick release port of your Misfit Six matte box core and features forward/back adjustment.
The top flag can expand outward to cover more of your frame, and it can be folded up for storage. A locking thumbscrew governs the articulation, allowing you to set and lock the flag into the position that you choose.
Add filters to your matte box with this 6 x 6" filter tray for the Bright Tangerine Misfit Six and ARRI LMB 6 x 6 series matte boxes. This durable filter tray allows you to use a 6.6 x 6.6" filter with the matte box.
The spring-loaded locking clasp ensures a quick and secure fit into the matte box, and it can also be swapped out for an optional Gripper Module, which makes it even easier to swap filters.
