Boxlight PlenumCore 2x2 Overview
Designed to expand the Boxlight ezRoom classroom media control system, the PlenumCore is a 2x2' IR-capable ceiling enclosure that contains the ICR-01 smart receiver for wireless mics. This plenum-rated receiver sports an integrated network amplifier, HDMI extender (via HDBaseT), and an HDMI audio de-embedder.
A unique removable tray allows you to assemble any additional components on the floor rather than on a ladder. The enclosure provides extra space which can be used to add custom equipment, including an HDMI switch, PoE extractor, or a streaming box like an Apple TV. The PlenumCore features an optional power strip, a lockable lid, and support for direct mounting of a duplex junction box. This 2x2' unit carries the Intertek ETL Listed Mark for compliance with UL 2043 for fire safety and visible smoke release. The PlenumCore includes all necessary mounting hardware.
