BoomMate BOBPHV2 Overview
Compatible with all brands and diameters of boompoles, the BoomMate BPH Boompole Holder V2 grants hands-free operation when working with boompoles on set. It attaches to standard grip heads, which allows mounting on light stands or C-stands. The V2 model is 4" shorter than the original, thereby shifting the load balance forward for increased security when the boompole isn't fully extended and enabling easier transport between gigs. Steel construction and a tough powder coat finish make the holder sturdy, durable, and resistant to scratches.

Good Design Makes for Easy Use On-set
Although its a simple device, this one does it better than all of the others in my opinion! Its mounting design provides a great place to hold the device by when adjusting your boom pole's angle.
BoomMate 2 Is Essential in My Interviewing Kit
I'd been using the original Boommate holder for years as my go to boompole support. This new version is smaller yet still provides adequate support for my carbon and aluminum poles. Highly recommended in every sound kit.

The Original Boompole Holder
I'm going out on a limb to say I'm pretty sure this is the original boompole holder of it's kind. This thing has been around for a long time. Looks like this is a v2 model. There are now a ton of other options for boompole holders but none that I've seen have contact points spread out like this one which lower the stress on the boompole when extended really far.
