Bolt Universal Compact Battery Pack for Sony

The CBP-U Universal Compact Battery Pack from Bolt extends the flash capacity and boosts the recycle speed of compatible hot shoe flashes. It is portable and runs on four or eight AA batteries, making it easy and convenient to use. The battery pack features universal connectivity with select Canon, Nikon, and Sony flashes via interchangeable power cords. Integrated thermal protection automatically prevents overheating and damage to the Universal Compact Battery Pack.

The CBP-U Battery Pack adds additional power to fire a flash again and again, while also gaining faster flash-recycle times-as quick as 0.7 seconds. This battery pack makes it easier for uninterrupted shooting during events like weddings. The battery pack operates from four or eight AA alkaline, lithium, or NiMH batteries, which provides the power needed for hundreds of full-power flashes. An integrated thermal circuit protects the battery pack from overheating. When it senses a problem, the CBP-U shuts down to prevent possible equipment damage.

The included soft case offers protective padding and has a belt loop to hang the CBP-U vertically or horizontally. The cinch strap along with the snap and touch-fastener closures keep the battery pack from falling out. A 1/4"-20 threaded mount allows the battery pack to attach the bottom of a camera or other 1/4"-20 threaded mounts. It can be screwed into the camera's tripod socket and provide the extra power needed for hours of work, in your hands.

The CBP-US Power Cord for Sony Hot Shoe Flashes from Bolt works with the Bolt CBP-U Universal Compact Battery Pack and select Sony hot shoe flashes. It offers a coiled cable that expands from 18 to 47 inches, so when the battery pack is belt mounted at your waist, it allows you to raise your camera to eye level.
