Comfortable and protective
At first I thought these didn't fit well enough on my QC35 Bose headphones and would impact noise cancelling quality, but after a couple of days they settled in nicely. My QC35s are a few years old and I already had to replace the original vinyl ear padding once, so I was looking for some extra protection so I wouldn't have to do it again. These fit the bill and are very comfortable against my ears.
Comfortable and Excellent !
My old MDR-7506 headphone ear pads are starting to wear, and shows visible cracks. It's been more than a few years, so I figured I would try these CanSkins Earcup covers. These are covers, in other words, they go over your existing pads. They are NOT complete replacement earcups ! I have found the sound is still excellent, and I didn't want to replace my headphones, which are nearly 100.00. I would recommend, but just remember they cover your existing ear pads. For the price and excellent buy.
Nice quality, just not practical
I bought these covers so that I could launder them frequently. They aren't easy to take on and off. I have ears that stick out a little, and these covers make the MDR7506 less comfortable to wear on long edit sessions. But, it's nice to make the ubiquitous MDR7506 more custom. The fabric is soft and the sewing is high quality. But, I quickly put my covers aside and put on Auray's deeper ear pads.
Comfort and No Compromise
Excellent comfort and great sound passage. My Sony MDRs are brand new. Yes to Bluestar CanSkins. Yay!
Works Good
This is a cover that fits over the existing ear pads. Easy to put on. Comfortable. Not sure how long this will last. I have about 4 pairs of headphones that different people use. This could be a much easier and cheaper way for hygiene and longevity. Hopefully this is a better solution to my previous attempts at replacement. I've replaced the 'complete ear pads' about 3 times already. It's more expensive, difficult to attach and they didn't last very long.
Ok... but not replacing original ear cup
I thought this was a replacement for the original covers for my MDR-7506 headphones ! Well, this only goes all over what you already have in place... so, it is not what I've expected, but it is not a bad product either. It only depend on what you are looking for !
