Set up your remotely controlled pan/tilt head with power options and remote extension using this MP101 Pan/Tilt Head with USB/D-Tap/Battery/AC Power & 50' Extension Kit from Bescor. The kit includes the MP101 motorized pan/tilt head, a wired remote control, an MPDTAP D-Tap power adapter cable, an MP6VA L-series/NP-F battery adapter plate, a 5VUSB USB adapter cable, a PS260 AC power adapter, a 90645 extended external battery and charger kit, an L-series battery and charger kit, and an RE50 50' remote extension cable. The included AC, DC, and battery power components offer extended power options for long shooting days.
The Bescor MP-101 Motorized Pan & Tilt Head attaches between a tripod and camera and enables remote panning and tilting of the camera. Two independent motors smoothly operate horizontal and vertical motion at adjustable speeds. The head supports payloads up to 6 lb. The two mounting points are the 1/4"-20 female threads underneath and the 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw with registration pin on top. All tripods and cameras are compatible.
An Auto Pan Mode allows for continuous panning motion, and a switch selector lets you assign end points at 45°, 90°, or 340°. The maximum horizontal angle is ±170 degrees, and the maximum vertical angle is ±15 degrees. This head can power by four AA batteries, the Bescor PS-260 AC power supply, or a Bescor 90-645 external battery, all sold separately.

The 5' long D-Tap Male to 2.1mm Power Cable from Bescor connects to a D-Tap power source and allows you to power your Bescor MP101 motorized pan/tilt head. The cable is regulated, stepping down the power from 14.4 to 6 VDC accepted by the MP101.
Power your MP-101 pan/tilt head using an optional L-series battery using this MP6VA L-Series 6V Battery Adapter Plate from Bescor. The MP6VA is another power option for the Bescor MP-101 to ensure the pan/tilt head can operate for long shoot times. The adapter features a battery plate for an NP-F/L-series battery, and it provides 6V regulated power to the MP-101.
L-series battery
The Bescor PS-260 AC Power Supply for MP-101 Motorized Pan Head features a 120-240VAC, 60/50Hz input and 6VDC, 700mA output. It can be used worldwide with an appropriate adapter, sold separately.
The Bescor 90-645 Extended External Battery is a 6 V/4.5 A rechargeable lead acid battery for use with Bescor's LED-70 on-camera LED Light. The battery features 4 hours of run time.
This Bescor NPF-Style Non-Decoded 7.4V 2200mAh Battery & Universal 18W Automatic Battery Charger Kit consists of a battery and a charger. The battery is well-suited for battery-powered light fixtures and monitors that support being powered by NPF form factor batteries. However, it is non-decoded, which means it will not power a camera that requires communication with a Sony-branded battery.
The Bescor RE-50 extension affords 50' (15.24 m) of additional separation from the MP-101 remote pan head to its remote control.
