The built-in hand-wound transformers convert low-impedance outputs from a moving coil cartridge to a higher impedance, making this a great match when pairing with preamps built for moving magnet cartridges.
Selectable Turns Ratios
The included turns ratio switch allows for added versatility to any phono stage. A ratio of 12:1 is ideal for cartridges like the Denon DL-103 or DL-103R, while the 30:1 ratio is great at providing extra gain for lower-output cartridges.
