SSA-EB1PLXR-12ED1Q8 is a SSA-EBx-12ED1xx series emergency stop push button. It is a "mushroom-style" electro-mechanical emergency stop push button. When the button is armed, the switch's safety contact (normally closed/NC) is closed and its monitoring contacts (normally open/NO), if present, are open. When the button is pushed, the switch's safety contacts open, and the monitoring contacts close. The contacts remain in this condition until the push button is manually rearmed by twisting clockwise the red push button actuator, or by pulling on the models with the standard actuator. It features emergency stop push button has a flat mounting base for ease of mounting without requiring an additional enclosure.
