Backscatter BS-TR-SN1-S Overview
The Backscatter Smart Control TTL Flash Trigger for Sony cameras brings pro-level underwater lighting control into a compact, powerful package. Offered here in a single-trigger LED light configuration, it offers TTL, manual, and HSS flash control for Sony cameras and housings using fiber optic cables. Built with a USB-C rechargeable battery providing up to 13 hours of operation, the Smart Control supports TTL for both wide-angle and macro photography, flash exposure compensation through camera menus, and switching between TTL and manual flash without digging through menus. The single LED trigger light is best used with the optional bulkhead for a more direct fit.
Compatible with Backscatter's Mini Flash 2, Hybrid Flash, and select third-party strobes, the trigger delivers rapid TTL shooting of up to three frames per second and manual burst shooting of over 30 frames per second. Its universal design fits most housings using the included LED cables, foam mounts, or optional bulkhead connections.
