The MXNet Weatherproof 1G Decoder from AVPro Edge receives and decodes incoming audio/video signals at resolutions up to 4K60 4:4:4, along with control, power, and HDR metadata while remaining protected from direct rain, moisture, humidity, dust, salt-air, and corrosion of various types.
Thanks to the Sealoc nano-coating solution designed specifically for select AVPro Edge products, a virtually invisible and durable waterproofing layer keeps the unit's circuitry protected and, most importantly, dry at all times to extend the life of the product even in harsher conditions.

JPEG 2000
JPEG 2000 supports progressive decoding and delivers both lossy and lossless compression within a code stream. JPEG 2000 supports genlock so that the frames of a video source are synced to all decoders resulting in tear-free video walls. JPEG 2000 enables the handling of color-space information, 10-bit color, and it supports interactivity in networked applications.
Resolution and HDR Metadata Management
Specify resolutions starting with 720p50 and up to 4K60. Using the MXNet Mentor software, you can specify whether you want to retain HDR metadata regardless of resolution.
Data Window
Built-in mini OLED screen displaying critical information that makes setup and troubleshooting a much easier task. The data window displays the IP address and the MAC address, or you can modify the name using MXNet Mentor to display custom names such as LG-OLED-TV, WEST-BAR-12, TW-PROJ-3, etc. You have up to 12 characters available to use for your custom name.
Control Data Routing
RS-232 and IR signals can be direct routed to the decoder.
