AVPro Edge MXNet 10G SDVoE Transceiver Overview
The MXNet 10G SDVoE Transceiver from AVPro Edge is a TAA-compliant, modular AV-over-IP encoding and decoding solution. It can be configured either as a transmitter (encoder) or receiver (decoder), integrating advanced features that make it a standout in AV-over-IP technology.
As a transmitter, the unit can multicast from a source to multiple endpoints on the network, offering flexibility over traditional A/V distribution systems like HDBaseT and HDMI, which require centralized sources. This allows for high-capability sources (up to 4K60p) to be used freely within the network. When configured as a decoder, it adapts to any display by memorizing the display�s EDID and adjusting color space automatically. It supports all HDR metadata, performs onboard scaling for rapid switching, and provides multiview compositing and video wall configuration with advanced bezel correction.
The MXnet 10G supports simultaneous matrixing, multiview, and video wall operations while independently routing audio, video, control, or USB 2.0 signals. It supports connectivity through twisted-pair copper, fiber, and hybrid systems. Additionally, it enables rapid API system configuration changes and system monitoring via an OLED display.

- Full Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and IMAX enhanced support
- Auto Color Space cross-conversion for RGB sources (full API adjustability at any point in the signal chain)
- Fast switching, with upscaling to 4K or downscaling from 4K supported when operating in Decoder mode
- Software-defined multiview with Simple Grid, Hybrid Grid, Window Tiling, Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-and-Picture (PAP), plus arbitrary customized layouts available at any endpoint requiring no additional equipment
- Video wall configurations feature bezel correction and asymmetric wall support for wall arrays up to 8 x 8
- HDMI-embedded audio passthrough for up to eight channels LPCM with up to 24-bit depth and 192 kHz sampling rate, including support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X
- Independent routing with breakaway for de-embedded HDMI audio (8-channel /LPCM) and 2-channel downmixed de-embedded HDMI audio
- Analog stereo audio (up to 24-bit, 48 kHz sampling rate) may be extracted
- Bidirectional control via IR, RS-232, USB 2.0, and Ethernet 1Gb/s
- USB-B host connection and KVM control
- Two units may be paired as point-to-point extenders outside of a 10Gb/s network
