AVPro Edge AC-EX150 Overview
Transmit HDMI video up to 492' with this 4K HDMI over HDBaseT Extender Set from AVPro Edge. The kit includes a transmitter and a receiver that feature HDMI input and output that is extended beyond the limited distance of HDMI. The system can transmit video to up to 492' when transmitting 1080p60 video and up to 328' when transmitting 4K30 video over Cat 6 cable (6a recommended). Applications include trade show demos, video walls, displays in large conference rooms, and areas where connectivity and power supplies are limited.
The units utilize HDBaseT connectivity that can transmit video and RS-232 serial communication over a single cable. It supports uncompressed embedded Dolby, DTS, PCM, and LPCM 5.1/7.1 formats. The units can be powered via Power-over-HDBaseT (PoH), which lets you power both units with only one power supply connected to either unit to also limit cabling.
