Nice, affordable option for SDCs
I have an Auray suspension mount for a shotgun mic that I've pressed into service for SDC use, so when I wanted to get something for a pair of SDCs, this was my first choice. Work as expected without spending a bundle.
Compact and Great for Small mics
I have a few of these. They work great for a small recording studio setup to protect against table bumps. Good price, good gear.
Great little mount
Very good isolation for a fair price.
Its pretty ok
The shock bands seem a little weak but thats about it. wouldn't go on a pro set with this but for personal projects it will get the job done.
Great Little Device
This appears to be well made; it ought to last. It's a pretty small unit and is much less obvious than the units with the big ring.
Inexpensive yet does the job
Fine for occasional ENG type recording. The rubber bands look wimpy and will probably need to be replace after extended use. Inexpensive and lightweight.
Holds my Azden SGM-250
I had no problem inserting my mic through the bands, and the mic did not slip at all once inserted.
Will not hold shotgun mic
The rubber bands are very low quality with no holding power. The mic will literally slip out. It is the correct size but just does not do it's job. I want to return it badly.
