The SCM-UC1 suspends your microphone with heavy-duty elastic bands and prevents unwanted vibrations from traveling through a mic stand and affecting the performance of the microphone. Heavy-Duty Elastic Bands
The heavy-duty elastic bands suspend the microphone in the center of the basket and prevent shocks and vibrations from radiating through the mic stand from reaching the microphone.
