Enhanced range and better sound await you with this upgraded Audioengine A2+ Next Gen Wireless Bluetooth Speaker System. This new next-gen model features improved audio quality, going from 16-bit to 24-bit audio thanks to the integrated PCM 5100A DAC. Also, wired support has been modernized with a USB-C input. These new features join the existing high-quality and versatile aspects of the A2+ speakers, including a 2.75" woofer and 0.75" tweeter in each speaker with up to 10W of RMS, or up to 30W of peak audio output (20W RMS/60W peak total). You can also connect a wide range of components, thanks to RCA stereo and 1/8" inputs. With all ports all on the left speaker, and both sporting magnetic shielding, the system is convenient to use and play near your existing electronics.

Color of the Year Edition

This Color of the Year Edition of the A2+ speakers features a bold Limoncello color and updated audio capabilities. aptX Adaptive support and a Class D amplifier boost overall audio quality when compared to the standard A2+.

Wireless Connectivity

The A2+ Wireless speakers can connect to nearly any Bluetooth source, so you can wirelessly play your favorite apps like TIDAL, Spotify, Pandora, and more. The Bluetooth receiver built into the A2+ Wireless features aptX Adaptive and aptX HD coding for enhanced quality with compatible devices. aptX HD is also backward-compatible with the SBC and AAC codecs, so you can enjoy audio from nearly any Bluetooth-enabled device. Further, the A2+ Wireless has a Bluetooth range of up to 100' with virtually no degradation in audio quality.

Driver Design

The A2+ Wireless speakers use ferrofluid-cooled, silk-dome tweeters with neodymium magnets. The tweeters are engineered to hold up well under high power, and the edge-driven design helps provide smooth response. The aramid-fiber woven-glass composite helps the woofers retain their shape when being driven at high levels.

Magnetic Shielding

Both of the A2+ Wireless speakers are magnetically shielded, so you can place them near your display or other sensitive devices.
