Designed for creative professionals, developers, and engineers, the ASUS Pro WS W890E-SAGE SE LGA 4710-2 EEB Workstation Motherboard provides extensive connectivity with an optimized memory trace layout that can handle high-end components with ease.

Supporting the Intel W890 chipset, this EEB motherboard allows you to install up to 86-Core Xeon 600 series processors with the LGA 4710-2 socket to complete demanding workloads and AI tasks. Eight octo-channel DDR5 memory slots support ECC Registered DIMM (RDIMM), 3DS-RDIMM, and Multiplexed Combined Rank DIMM (MRDIMM) modules to enhance rendering and multitasking capabilities. Their speed and configurations are CPU dependent. Store massive media files with four M.2 PCIe 5.0 slots and four SATA III connectors with Intel Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) support. Please note that the ROC_HW_Key is purchased separately. There are also two SlimSAS that support PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe devices alongside an MCIO connector that lets you add PCIe 5.0 x8 devices running at x4/x4. With seven PCIe 5.0 expansion slots, you can equip your system with multiple GPUs to accelerate rendering and AI tasks.

The rear panel includes two USB4 ports that support up to 40 Gb/s compatible devices and 8K monitors. They are accompanied by six USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports that work with up to 10 Gb/s devices. An internal header allows you to connect a 20 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 port on the front panel. The two mini DisplayPort in ports can be connected to a compatible graphics card using the included cables. Dual 10 Gb/s Ethernet LAN ports provide high-speed links to compatible network devices. You can add a separately purchased Wi-Fi card in the M.2 E-key slot. A dedicated 1 Gb/s Ethernet port works with the onboard baseboard management controller (BMC) for remote management functions. Windows 11 is required to take advantage of all the motherboard's features.
