MADI Optical to Anything, with SRC Built In
At the core of the FLX-MADI/SRC-SFP is a 64x64-channel bidirectional sample rate converter with exceptional audio performance, offering >120 dB THD+N and >134 dB dynamic range. This allows you to convert between clock domains without compromising fidelity, and the SRC can be bypassed when not needed. Supporting sample rates from 44.1 to 192 kHz on either side, the unit ensures compatibility across a wide range of professional audio systems.
Flexible Conversion via AUX Expansion
The integrated AUX slot allows the FLX-MADI/SRC-SFP to interface with a wide variety of protocols using optional AUX cards. Whether you're converting to another MADI format or targeting protocols like Dante, the system adapts to your needs. When paired with AUX-MADI-COAX-DUAL or AUX-MADI-SFP-DUAL cards, it functions as a full MADI-to-MADI bridge with complete network and clock domain separation for up to 64x64 channels at 96 kHz.
Built for Scalable, High-Channel Systems
For larger configurations, the FLX-MADI/SRC-SFP provides a FlexLink port capable of handling up to 192 channels of bidirectional audio, along with clock and power, at ultralow latency. This makes it an ideal extension unit for systems like the MVR-mkII or other Flexiverter setups. When connected to the MVR-mkII, it enables true channel-wise routing across all available channels, including those from installed AUX cards.
Robust Connectivity and Control
Equipped with two MADI SFP ports that accept any brand of SFP module, as well as wordclock input and output, the unit easily integrates into a variety of setups. Remote control is handled via USB using a browser-based interface?no software installation required?or via UART command line for advanced users.
