APC SMT1500RM1UC Rackmount Smart-UPS

Designed for enterprise IT professionals and network administrators, the SMT1500RM1UC Rackmount Smart-UPS from APC is a mini-tower device with line-interactive topology that provides battery backup and surge protection via sine waveform output for servers, point-of-sale, routers, switches, hubs, and more. It provides an output capacity of 1440 VA/1000W and features an input voltage of 120 VAC at 47-63 Hz using Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to help correct minor power fluctuations without switching to battery power. This Smart App UPS has an integrated LCD panel that displays immediate, detailed information about its battery and power conditions to alert users to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime.

When running with a full load, this Smart-UPS can power devices for up to 5 minutes and when running with a half load, it can power devices for up to 17 minutes. It can be recharged in four hours and offers four NEMA 5-15R outlets. The UPS can absorb up to 645 joules to keep your devices safe against surges and spikes. Other connections offered are a NEMA 5-15P input plug with an 8' cord, USB-A, a SmartConnect Ethernet Port, serial via RJ45, and a SmartSlot for installing a network management card. Protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty, which does not include the battery. However, the battery is covered by a limited 2-year warranty. APC also provides a lifetime connected equipment guarantee of up to $150,000.
