APC BN1050M Overview
Protect your equipment from surges and power outages with the Back-UPS Pro BN1050M Surge Protector & Battery Backup from APC. Designed for home electronics and office spaces, this UPS gives you enough time to shut down your equipment, preventing electrical failure and saving your most essential data.
You get a total of eight NEMA 5-15R split between four surge-only protection outlets while the remaining four offer surge protection as well as battery backup capabilities. The internal battery provides you with up to two minutes of power at a full load and up to 10 minutes at half, giving you ample time to properly shut down your equipment to prevent electrical failure and data loss. With 1103 joules surge energy rating and push-to-reset circuit breaker, you can prevent damage caused by energy spikes and electrical fluctuations. The user-replaceable battery is hot-swappable, ensuring uninterrupted power while the battery is replaced.
