The 29 x 27.5" skirt is a form-fitting, black fabric that blocks the emitted light from one side of the Cylinder to add direction or a light-to-dark ratio. This reversible skirt also provides the option of a silver interior that reflects the blocked light through the open side, maximizing its output. Purchase of a second skirt will allow you to completely encircle the Cylinder, casting all the output downward in a crisp circle of light, or a soft one depending on whether you use the Cylinder's bottom diffuser. A handy accessory, the skirt gives you the options of omni-directional and directed light, soft or crisp output, or a combination of all these types together.
